1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Everlast General Contracting website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2 Services
Everlast General Contracting (“Everlast,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed general contractor in the State of Nevada offering roofing, remodeling, outdoor living, commercial buildouts, and related construction services in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
The Site provides general information about our services, a portfolio of past work, and a way to request free estimates. Content on this Site does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of services, pricing, or availability.
3 Estimates & Quotes
- All estimates and quotes provided through the Site or in person are non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties.
- Estimates are based on the information you provide and a visual or on-site inspection. Final pricing may change based on actual site conditions, material costs, permitting requirements, or scope changes.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
4 Contracts & Payments
All construction work is governed by a separate written contract between you and Everlast. That contract will specify scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, warranty terms, and other material details. These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Site, not to the construction contract itself.
